Stephan Reeves

Stephan R. Reeves is a Jamaican born Entrepreneur with over twelve (12) years experience in consulting and business development. His journey led him from Jamaica in 1987 where he began his US education. Reeves attended New Canaan Country School followed by Westminster School and ultimately Lehigh University where he achieved a BA/BS in International Careers with minors in Asian Studies and Social Psychology in 1998.

Following Lehigh where Reeves was a recipient of the ACE Entrepreneurship award, he moved to Philadelphia, PA and started a successful sales and consulting career in the software and telecommunications industries. Always the consummate entrepreneur, Reeves collaborated with friends from High School to begin creating a company that would assist the Independent School arena in increasing its diversity and successfully hire more people of color to the arena. In 2001, Montage Diversity Consultants, LLC was created to achieve this goal. After 10 years under Reeves’s tutelage, Montage Diversity has grown into Montage Companies, an international group of education, technology and diversity consulting entities (Montage Diversity, Montage Education, Montage Jamaica and Montage Technology) serving corporate and government clients. Reeves continues to grow the organization while sitting on the Boards of business and Nonprofit organizations including African Caribbean Business Council and Veterans Concerned Group, two organizations that Mr. Reeves is extremely passionate about.

As a facilitator, Mr. Reeves has presided over various workshops on diversity and inclusion topics including; cultural competency, diverse personnel recruiting/ retention, diversity initiative planning/ organizational development training, diversity leadership training and much more. His energy, and passion for diversity and inclusion and education technology drives him to further his mission of helping others to reach their goals through personal and community development.
