Catapult Learning

For this educational services company, Montage developed a W/MBE supplier diversity process that resulted in the organization maintaining and winning new, multimillion dollar contracts in the education sector.

Comcast Corporation

Montage provided planning and training for the development of Comcast’s Employee Resource Groups. Through examination of the organizations culture and business objectives, we aligned ERGs to the company’s goals.

Wesleyan Church World Headquarters

Montage delivered diversity training to over 80 participants of the Wesleyan Church, the first step in the Church’s strategic diversity goal to strengthen its overall D&I mission.

Booz Allen Hamilton

Montage provided facilitation of D&I training for the implementation of the firm’s Board Directed D&I Initiative. Full day sessions for managers and Project Leaders helped to enhance and reinforce BAH commitment to leveraging D&I in all aspects of their business process.

Education

School District of Philadelphia

For over eight years, Montage has worked with the School District of Philadelphia in several capacities including helping them to implement a W/MBE program and compliance process. From providing strategy, technology platform implementation, and monthly compliance reporting, Montage was able to help the district to track w/MBE spending on district contracts, meeting the regulations set by state and local government.

Indiana Wesleyan University

Montage helped to guide the development of a D&I initiative and implemented diversity training of over 1000 employees over a 2 year period. Project has led to enhanced employee engagement around multicultural concerns and continued exploration of the organizations D&I goals.
